Matooke and Rice, most eaten food by Ugandans regardless of Tribe or something. everyone loves Matooke even the tourist/whites who come in Uganda Love eating Matooke alot. i was surprised one time when asked to direct them any nearest restaurant, so i had ask them for snack or local food, so all answered me at once real local food. After eating, they came back to thank me that it was the best especially Matooke and Fresh Fish.lol................... Meat and Irish but its sauce in our Local language we call it (Luwombo) but it can be of different sauces be it chicken Gnuts etc..

lastly but not least there below we have what we call G nuts and its also called "Luwombo" its so delicious..its got a special way how they prepare it but when you get me your comments, i tell and teach you how to prepare it.
