Mandazi Recipe and How to Prepare it in Uganda

its simple to make Uganda Mandazi Recipes. On this page i will guide on how to prepare Mandazi for your family.
Amandazi is a traditional Ugandan recipe for a classic snack made from pastry of corn meal and wheat flour bound with egg and milk thats fried in oil before serving.
The full recipe is presented here and i hope you enjoy this classic Uganda version of Amandazi.

Ingredients
•100g corn meal
•30g wheat flour
•20g sugar
•1 egg
•125ml milk
•Oil for deep frying
A mandazi recipe Preparation:

Method:
Mix together the flours and sugar. Add the egg and milk and stir to form a viscous dough. Meanwhile heat the oil in a pan to a depth of about 6cm.
Once the oil is hot add the batter 1 tbsp at a time and fry until golden. Remove with a slotted spoon, drain on kitchen paper and serve once all the Amandazi are done.
